🏎️ New Asset Sale!
We’ve just locked in a great result for the Auto I Fund with the successful sale of the Ferrari 512M.
The exit delivered a net return of 8.7% in just over 100 days, which works out at around 32% annualized. 🙌

With capital now recycled, we’re already lining up the next opportunities. First up is the Mercedes SLS AMG. Alongside this, we’re assessing the Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale
More updates to come as capital is redeployed and the next exits take shape.
NOTE: The Auto I fund is closed. But Auto II is planned for August/September.
You must be an Altea member to invest.
🚀 Live Deals
🤾♀️ Professional Women’s Volleyball team (NDA required)
Last chance to request access.
Earlier this month, two new Women’s Volleyball leagues kicked off their seasons.
We have an exclusive opportunity to invest directly in one of the founding franchises of one of the top-tier US pro volleyball leagues.

This deal is highly confidential.
We can’t reveal which founding team this is to everyone, but we can potentially share more info with those who express interest.
Accredited investors only.
💬 New Discussions
- Finian Sedgewick can help certain investors who managed to claim ownership over their inventory from the Oeno fallout
- Jason Cronen invested in Zipline and accidentally became bullish on secondaries
“…Secondaries have not even started yet here in Asia, and being early still beats being wrong.” – Jason
“I still can’t stomach the valuation and the fee structure on these secondaries and also the potential illiquidity and risks…” – Cindy Shen
- Alts are up, but only 2% of billionaires plan to reduce their exposure to equities this year.
- Canadian PM Mark Carney’s speech had the tone of a risk manager applying the logic of stability to geopolitics.
- Quibi was just early. They launched during covid — right idea, wrong timing.
- Lots of comments on Adrian’s posts on learning more about private credit and riding the FIFA money train
“I love your DIY low-hanging-fruit ideas. Turo the cars. Airbnb the house (I live minutes from the Rose Bowl). Disappear for a couple months so I don’t have to deal with the extra traffic.” – Lucas King
- My post on aged care in America really landed with Mandar:
“My family went through something similar, and I recognize how heavy these decisions feel when they stop being abstract and become personal. My brother ended up working closely with estate‑planning attorneys to help my parents navigate Medicaid once care needs escalated. Without that guidance, it would’ve been easy to make well‑intentioned choices that quietly closed doors later.
Watching that process unfold changed how I think about planning. It pushed me to buy long‑term care insurance early — not because it’s a perfect solution, but because having options matters.
Even limited private coverage can buy time, dignity, and flexibility before families are forced into crisis decisions.” – Mandar Mirashi
🥂 New Meetups
🇬🇧 Big London Altea Meetup + Wine Tasting: Feb 25
We’re kicking off our 2026 meetups in London, with the first Altea event of the year, and it’ll be one of the largest events we’ve ever done.

I’ll be there, along with London City Captain Garett Stanhope and some seriously top-notch alt investing leaders:
- David Spickett — CEO, TheCarCrowd
- Joey Byrne — Head of Europe, Pacaso
- Paul Declerck — Relationship Manager, Cult Wines
- Nicholas Shorvon — Fine Art Consultant and Broker
- Jatin Ondhia — CEO, Shojin
Each speaker will frame their view of the market before opening the floor to discussion and Q&A.
After the roundtable, Cult Wines will lead a curated fine wine tasting, walking us through a selection of investment-grade wines while sharing how they think about wine as an asset class.
📍 Details
- Date: Wednesday, February 25th
- Time: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
- Venue: FARE London, 11 Old Street, EC1V 9HL
Interest is already strong. If you’re based in London and actively thinking about alternative allocations in 2026, this is a great way to start the year.
Note: You do not need to be an Altea member to RSVP, but you do need to be serious about joining. We can take care of payment later.
🌵 Phoenix week of Jan 26
I’ll be in Phoenix, Arizona from Jan 25 to Feb 1.
Not a formal meetup, but if you’re in the area and fancy a chat, please drop a comment or message me directly.
📚 New Book Recommendation
Tigran recommends Why Investors Say No (and How To Make Them Say Yes) by author Magnus Kjøller.
“The author’s previous book focused on deal structures and was originally written as an internal guide for his investment fund’s team. I found it excellent, so I bought this new book as soon as it was released a few months ago.”

🤝 New Feature: Circle Connect
Here at Alts, we hide member email addresses by default. And we all know Direct Messages can be a bit intrusive (which is why they’re reserved for Altea members & those who reach Level 3).
Meanwhile, Circle has a cool new feature called Connect that lets you build a personal network within the Alts community.

You can also go to anyone’s profile and request to connect with them.
See you next week!
Wyatt
