Altea Update: Oct 10

Welcome to the best of the Alts Community.

As always, do your own research; nothing here constitutes financial advice. Stay safe out there, kids.

Let’s go

💼 Deal Updates

🎤 K-Pop I (LAST CHANCE)

This is your very last chance to invest!

🎞️ Launch JV has launched!

Proud to announce we’ve made our first film loan for Launch JV.

  • Bridge loan: $350,000
  • Duration: 20 weeks
  • Base interest: 1% simple / week
  • Penalty interest: 2% compounding / week
  • Collateral: CA tax credit, pre-sales, equity in escrow, IP rights, and future territory sales
Launch JV is the single largest offering we’ve ever done. Only investors can see the specific films we are loaning against.

⚖️ Litigation Finance Secured Notes

Following investor feedback, it became clear that investment preferences were spread across the four product options.

So rather than structuring a single central Altea SPV, the most straightforward route on this one is to invest with Fenchurch directly. This gives you flexibility to choose the product that best suits your requirements.

Best of all, Fenchurch will honor the special SPV terms exclusively through the end of 2025!

Terms

There are four options available on the enhanced Alts terms:

  • Income Notes
    • 2-year: 12%
    • 3-year: 13%
  • Growth Notes
    • 2-year: 13%
    • 3-year: 14%

💬 New Discussions

“There’s a surge in sales of antique art and artifacts coming out of China. Concurrently, the Hong Kong government is gearing up for stablecoin licenses for HK and China companies. I do know that a few of them are in the art business…so watch this space!” – Adrian Fu

“Every headline I see points to risk and uncertainty as driving surging gold prices… Yet the S&P continues to trade near all time highs too. What is going on?” – Brian Flaherty

He’s currently working on a project and would love to speak with people who has purchased and / or exported precious metals from the region.

If you’re open to sharing insights or lessons learned, he would really value a quick chat. Totally understand if you’d prefer not to comment publicly.
