- Gateway: 2% annual management fee, 20% carry (on profits above 8%)

- Black: 0% management, 15% carry (on profits above 8%)
- Placement fee: 1% upfront for Gateway; waived for Base & Black
- Exit fee: 1% sale/disposition fee at exit for running the sale

🍹 Tequila II
Tequila II is our stake in Herencia de Agaves tequila distillery in Jalisco Mexico, and the enterprise is progressing nicely.
Miguel posted:
I’m pleased to share that our second test run of tequila started today at Herencia de Agaves. We made several minor improvements and adjustments based on our first run, and completed a deep cleaning of all hardware to ensure optimal performance.
We have a secret master distiller, “J,” leading this batch. J will be crafting three distinct flavor profiles so we can truly explore the range and potential of our distillery. Why so secretive, well master distillers are a rare and super sought after commodity and we are still negotiating final terms with him, I met him a couple weeks ago on site and he was super excited to work with us to say the least, we will announce him officially soon.
Meanwhile, we are actively negotiating with premium brands to join us, engaging in discussions with key importers and distributors, and advancing our CAE and CRT certifications, and staring some shipments of bulk tequila to co-packers in the US.

🏎️ Auto I
Auto I is Altea’s first venture into UK –> USA LHD vechilce arbitrage.
We’ll have much more to share soon, but Auto has now finalised the purchase of its first vehicle — a Ferarri 512 M.
We’re actively pursuing buyers for this beauty.
🎞️ Launch JV
Launch JV is Film I’s bigger badder version 2.0, and the opportunity closed this week with a $2.5m raise.
We’re closing in on several deals and will have something exciting to announce there soon.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented associate to support Launch JV’s lending business.
This role blends executive assistant responsibilities with credit and underwriting support.
You will work closely with both Chris (origination) and Wyatt (finance/operations) to keep deals, calendars, and reporting on track. The ideal candidate has a finance background, enjoys structure, and is content in a long-term support role rather than pursuing rapid advancement. However, a raise to a full-time position in the same role will be available if all goes well.
