💼 Live Deals
While most Altea investments are through our own SPVs, we also get a number of member-submitted opportunities. If you’re not checking in on this, you could be missing out.

Two current favourites:
🧑🚀 Spacetech is the mostexciting sector in venture right now, and our friends at Balerion Space Ventures have four opportunities to co-invest alongside them. – View the opportunities
🍹 House of Rare lets you invest in premium tequila. This isn’t another tequila brand with a celebrity name attached. This is premium, 100% Agave tequila, sourced straight from Jalisco, Mexico — the heart of it all. Check out the stats
⚖️ Litigation Finance Secured Notes

We’re putting together a new SPV with Fenchurch Legal, a UK-based litigation financier that turns small legal claims into secured private credit.
This is a fixed-income play — not a bet on court outcomes. Fenchurch lends to law firms, not plaintiffs, and uses ATE insurance + layered security to protect investor capital. Win or lose, capital + interest is repaid.
We have arranged for special, exclusive terms on these notes for Altea members.
Growth Notes have a higher interest rate with interest accumulated and paid in full at maturity.

🦸♂️ NYC: Collectibles Showcase @ Comic Con week (October 8th)
Join Altea members and friends for a special event diving deep into the world of pop culture collectibles — from rare trading cards and comic book art to investment-grade memorabilia and emerging cultural assets.
Coinciding with New York Comic Con, this event brings together serious collectors, niche investors, and industry insiders from the worlds of cards, comics, collectibles and digital platforms.
We’ll meet at a private Midtown Manhattan location for networking then participate in the main event — an intimate collectibles showcase and educational session focused on grading, evaluation, and understanding how to value these assets.

What to expect:
- Grading Collectibles 101 – Learn how the pros authenticate and grade high-value items

A guided tour will walk us through the collection, sharing stories and pointing out some of the hidden gems inside this one-of-a-kind garage.

This isn’t a museum. It’s a hands-on experience. You’ll be able to feel the interiors, sit behind the wheels, and explore the space freely.

This is a sit-down dinner with thoughtfully paired vintage whiskies and a curated Cantonese menu.
Hong Kong City Captain Adrian Fu will be hosting the event, and a friend of Altea has arranged the menu directly with the head chef.

💬 New Discussions
- Adrian Fu makes a case for why blockchain is the answer to royalty payout inequities in the music industry.
- Florian dismisses Cathie Wood’s $300m crypto bet on football business Brera as a buzzword-fueled pump-and-dump scheme
- Brian argues that AI music like Xania Monet risks flooding the music market, making it harder for humans to stand out. Stefan notes that pop has already been formulaic for years.
“I don’t think it’s as dire as it seems. Pop music has been productized for years. Over the past decade…most mainstream tracks have come out of the same production sausage factories.
Yes, this is likely the final stage in the “factory-ification” of pop. But that might actually open up new doors for humans who are creative and musically inclined, but can’t sing for shit.” – Stefan
- Gerry Hayes expresses skepticism about the attractiveness and liquidity of pre-IPO shares compared to public stocks.
“I just don’t understand the attraction personally. Take OpenAI for example. They went from an undetermined valuation to a $500Billion Valuation in just a few years (determined by closed door negotiations).
OpenAI is losing billions every year, and the stock is illiquid. Microsoft is earning tens of billions every year and the stock is liquid. And, Microsoft basically owns half of OpenAI.
Why would anyone opt for OpenAI stock over Microsoft is beyond me.” – Gerry Hayes
