We’re finalising commitments now for K-Pop I, Altea’s first music royalties deal.

Deal Basics

Minimum: $10k
Term: 6 years with up to 2× 1-year extensions.
Fees
- By Altea tier
  - Gateway: 2% annual management fee, 20% carry (on profits above 8%)
  - Base: 1% management, 20% carry (on profits above 8%)
  - Black: 0% management, 15% carry (on profits above 8%)
  - Placement: 1% upfront for Gateway; waived for Base & Black
- Exit: 1% sale/disposition fee at exit for running the sale

🎨 NYC Saturday Social + Gallery Opening

We’re putting together a low-key event in New York for Saturday, September 6th.

Details

We’ll kick things off with a casual Altea meetup, then head over to the opening reception for the Westwood Gallery’s 30th Anniversary exhibition on Bowery.

The exhibit is a curated retrospective featuring 80 pivotal works drawn from the gallery’s rich history of over 180 exhibitions and 800 artists.
