Apple iPhone 2G, A1203, Sealed

About the Asset

This is a sealed Apple iPhone 2G model number A1203, which was the earliest run for this iconic piece of hardware. While over a billion iPhones have been produced, it’s very very rare to find an original early run 2G model still in its box. The 8GB model (as this is) originally launched in June 2007 for a retail price of $599 and required a two year contract with AT&T.

This asset feels a bit like sealed video games in terms of both nostalgia and scarcity. There’s no grading service for them, though it could be only a matter of time.
