This comic, published in 1961, is the 18th issue of the Silver Age The Flash comics series. It’s notable for the introduction of the concept of a multiverse. A multiverse is a series (infinite?) of nearly identical universes containing similar characters, locations, and events.
Graded CGC 9.4, there’s only one higher in circulation.

About The Flash #123
Published by DC Comics in 1961, this is a Silver Age comic featuring speedy superhero The Flash (Barry Gordon).
It was written by Gardner Fox and Julius Schwartz, penciled by Carmine Infantino, Curt Swan, Sheldon Moldoff, Dick Sprang, and Wayne Boring, and inked by Murphy Anderson, Joe Giella, Stan Kaye, and Charles Paris.
In the issue, Barry Gordon accidentally teleports himself to Earth Two, which is inhabited by another Flash – Jay Garrick. This Flash comes out of retirement during the issue to fight some crime with Barry Flash, and everyone generally lives happily ever after.
The Jay Garrick Flash actually appeared in 104 comics of his own (The Flash) from 1940 to 1949, before it was cancelled.
Barry’s version of The Flash comics is still ongoing, actually, and August 2021 will see issue #771.
The star of this show, though, is the multiverse: “The Multiverse consists of multiple universes existing in the same physical space, kept separate by differing vibrational speeds.”
It’s a fantastic plot device that’s appeared in dozens of comics since then, and it has its own extensive origin story,
