Sneakers Insider – Nov 16, 2021

Welcome to Sneakers Insider – FREE Version.

We use Moneyball tactics to discover sneaker arbitrage opportunities across the fractional platforms.

Note: Sneaker markets trade thinly and there typically aren’t any catalysts to cause the share price to snap to fair market value. So: (a) the assets could stay mispriced for a long time, (b) there may not be sufficient trading volume to sell all the shares you want to when you want to.

Sneaker Arbitrage Opportunities

Every Monday, we compare the market cap for sneakers on the Otis platform to the inferred value based on recent sales on sneaker trading platform StockX.

Upcoming Profitable Sneaker Drops

Kanye’s Yeezy brand is trending.

Kanye West has decided that November is his, with numerous hyped drops such as the polarizing adidas Yeezy NSLTD Boot ‘Khaki’ from November 5th, 2021:

With a $340 retail and a recent average resell value of $472, there is roughly 40% ROI of profit per pair.

This past Saturday November 6th, 2021 had two new sneakers that made just as much noise as the previously mentioned shoe.

Yeezy Knit RNR Boot ‘Sulfur’ Resale Value

This innovative sneaker dropped for $400 and initially had around $250-300 (~60% ROI) per pair, but could very well settle to as low as $50 in profit per pair.

Its non-boot version dropped on the same date.

Despite similarities, the resale value and hype are totally different.

This version dropped at half the price of the boot version ($200) and resale profits of $100+ should hold a better ROI long term than the boot.

You can always expect decent resale value when Yeezy drops something new and innovative, but the most consistent resale value still belongs to Nike, lately with its Dunk lows.

There are new Dunk Lows releasing very soon: check them out on Six Figure Sneakerhead’s and make sure to check out the Hypemaster Playbook if you want to develop the framework of a full-fledged reseller to efficiently reap the profits of this lucrative business.
