Inverse Cramer Weekly Update — Apr 29

Welcome to Inverse Cramer by Alts.co: Tracking Jim Cramer’s stock picks so you can do the opposite 🙃

Monday, Apr 22

I don’t like it. There are so many good banks. When you look at Upstart vs JPMorgan, I have to tell you my stunning conclusion, is that JPMorgan is a better bank. Who knows?

-On Upstart Holdings ($UPST)

This company missed this quarter by an element that was so big. I cannot count it as recommended, I can count it as selling it.

-On Smart Global Holdings ($SGH)

Tuesday, Apr 23

I like PBR the beer more than I like the oil company, I’m going to hit the sell button.

-On Petrobas ($PBR)

I’ve been waiting for someone to bring the stock up. Why? Because when I was in Nvidia for the conference they talked about this company endlessly. I think you have a real winner. The stock went up after the conference and it has come right back down, recursion is for me. I may do a segment about it, for all I can tell, it’s a segment idea (Buy, Buy, Buy).

-On Recursion Pharma ($RXRX)

I’ll give you my blessing. LNG is terrific. I do believe that since the president, let’s just say, put things on hold for others, this guy is a winner. So, let’s buy it.

-On Cheniere Energy ($LNG)

Oh men, a hidden gem. Hidden gem, love the pizza there (Buy, Buy, Buy). I think you’ve got it. That is a winner, and it should be bought. It’s not that expensive given its growth prospects, and I wish they split the stock. There.

-On Casey’s General ($CASY)

Oh my god, it is ridiculous that it’s going down (Buy, Buy, Buy).

-On Broadcom ($AVGO)

Wednesday, Apr 24

Matthew Prince rocks. I would be a buyer (Buy, Buy, Buy). I would buy it slowly because we have big selling going on in AI stock.

-On Cloudflare ($NET)

Axon is so good. We used to have them every time. It’s just really an ecosystem of law enforcement. Even here it’s still good.

-On Axon Enterprise ($AXON)

This is so speculative. You’re dice rolling here in this thing. I’m not gonna be in the dice rolling game, it’s too hard.

-On Liquidia ($LQDA)

Thursday, Apr 25

It never really does anything. I think this stuff is kind of overpriced.

-On Movado Group ($MOV)

It’s an e-commerce play that I know nothing about. I’ve got to do work on that one, I’ve got to learn about it.

-On GigaCloud Technology ($GCT)

It’s small nuclear reactor. Just go buy GE Vernova. I don’t want you to lose any money, you sound like a nice kid.

-On NuScale Power ($SMR)

Friday, Apr 26

SLB did not deliver. I feel terrible because I like the company very much. It was weak. We like Corterra for the capital trust.

-On SLB ($SLB)

Exxon stock is down here and it hurt Pioneer. I want you to do the Kaching-Kaching, and you get to the Corterra.

-On Pioneer Natural ($PXD)

Yeah it has ups and downs. That’s why if you want an insurance business, I’m gonna say Progressive. I think Progressive is better.

-On Travelers ($TRV)
