Heya
I’m pleased to announce we’ve negotiated a special valuation for the investment in Acquire’s bridge round. I can’t mention it publicly, but the rack rate, $10 million, was already pretty attractive.

Offering Recap
I’ve asked Brian to summarise the offering, which you can read verbatim below.
The software targets critical functions for the investment operations of private market investment managers and issuers (like VC, PE, Family offices, SPVs, etc)
- Comparables and incumbent market leaders (Angel List, Carta, Juniper Square, etc…)
The differentiation lies in our end-to-end automation and modular+optional blockchain capabilities for regulated compliant asset classes.
- Yes, we have certain AI elements in the process that will be unique and elevate our current offering.
Our strategic positioning is to own the supply side of the private markets forming greater optionality, liquidity, and participation globally
We have just recently launched and proven the platform in the market, after a hefty 2 years building from the ground up, an incredible depth of ops critical tools
We processed more than 1m in transactions in our first month.
We are set to launch our fourth offering this month and have contracts for 15 more this year.
We are still in the pilot phase and raising capital, which will allow us to focus on client acquisition and hit the revenue goal needed for a strong SEED.
- Hire a core sales team.
- Continue to build only core functions of the cloud platform
- Continue to stabilize existing tools informed by our pilot clients’ ongoing operational needs.
- Our timeline is to close new investments by the end of July 2024.
